I love Jess’s approach to this sometimes sensitive issue. I feel she “gets it” and it’s refreshing to hear her say that more often than not it’s not the massive career change thing that’s needed.Smaller changes or a refocus within your current context are often enough. That feels very achievable.
There is a lot of support for women in their careers and far fewer for men who also often have a transition phase in their 40s. Can’t wait to share this with those I know as your wisdom is so grounded and real in these episodes
