塩中一成（ノーマライゼーションの父／大阪市議会議員）皆さんは「ノーマライゼーション」という言葉を知っていますか？ノーマライゼーションとは「すべての人が、高齢者や障がいの有無や社会的立場にかかわらず共に暮らせる社会」です。 私はもともと大阪にて100以上の店舗を構える鍼灸接骨院を経営し、その後48歳の時に経営者という立場を捨て、大阪市議会議員となりました。 こうした経歴からも時に人から何かチャレンジをすると「塩中さんだからできる」とも言われてきました。私からすれば使命を感じてやるべきと思って行動に移したことなのに失敗しないためにやらない＝失敗することが楽しめていない人が大勢いると思いました。 一方でこうした”失敗を楽しめていないような人”が社会的に立場が弱い方とされる方を受け入れた行動ができなていない場面も議員をやる中でたくさん見てきました。 でも彼らは彼らができることを頑張っている。 この番組では、リスナーの皆社会には色々な人がいる... more
