  • One of a kind climbing podcast

Hazel and the Strong Mind team have created the start of an amazing mental training resource in this podcast. Mental training is often overlooked in climbing, with a lot of attention placed on that which is easy to measure. It’s been so lovely to learn how we can change our mindsets, pick up new tools, and move forward in climbing and in life.
