I have been loving this podcast since last year! I work with Chelsey virtually and this podcast really supports my program. She always gives realistic tips, reminders, and I feel like it helps me focus on certain things I’m struggling with or helps motivate me. I look forward to it every week!
I love this podcast so much it’s become my weekly listen every Tuesday. Chelsea and her guests share so much knowledge that’s easily digestible and her tone makes it feel like you’re hanging with good friend talking fitness! As a personal trainer myself I’ve put a lot of her tips into practice with clients and have become a better coach because of it. I’ll send clients her podcasts to listen to as homework sometimes too! This easily has become one of my favorite podcasts.
Love this podcast sm. Super informative and I’m really grateful Chelsey takes the time to make this podcast. One small piece of feedback though: at the start of each episode she complains so much about random experiences from the past week and it’s not really the best vibe. The overall content is super positive so it’s just kind of a downer to start each episode so negative.
I love listening to Chelsey’s Strength to Build podcast, she is a wealth of information but has an easy to understand teaching style. She has great tips on form, food ideas and has a segment where she tells us what she’s loving. I love all her tips and tricks! Thank you for doing what you do Chelsey!
Chelsey has a distinct ability to engage me with any topic she’s hitting. She’s stellar at providing educational guidance and the nuance involved with proper strength and conditioning, all while being relatable and entertaining. It’s fun and motivating to listen during my lifts and walks!
