  • Truly obsessed!

I started listening several months ago, after stumbling upon Chelsey’s Instagram page, and am truly obsessed! I’m in my mid-thirties and for the first time in my life I’m starting to think differently about nutrition and movement and the amount of value Chelsey provides across all platforms has complimented and affirmed the things I’m learning through work with my own nutritionist and in my personal workouts. I look forward to new episodes and it’s so evident how much she truly cares about helpi... more

  • Strength to build is my go-to pod!

Hands down one of my favorite podcasts! Chelsey is clearly so knowledgeable on all things health&wellness and does not gatekeep her own routine or experiences. She also has a great way of breaking everything down and explaining it to her audience. I’ve gotten so many great recommendations, workouts, and recipes from listening to her for the past 2 years. Highly recommend!
