These guys don’t make bad content!! I’ve followed their “Street Parking” programming for over three years and I am still excited to workout every time! So many options for all abilities and resources. I have not been injured, or bored, have seen those #gainz! in fitness and aesthetics. The podcast is a wealth of info for newbs or peeps who have been in fitness forever. I’ve been working out for over 20 years and I’m still surprised and challenged! Long live SP!!
>>These coaches are very practical and take things back to the basics + they have personality and a sense of humor😎
>>The biggest help for me has been being REMINDED of simple truths; do what you can, don’t be so black and white with workouts and nutrition, it’s ok to swap things up, etc.
>> Very knowledgeable helpful advice and tips that literally comfort me and don’t overwhelm. God bless ‘em!
This is a great podcast. Time spend wisely to listen to it !! So much great stuff in these episodes. My most favorite is more than nothing with Miranda, then the coaches round table , Carolinas episodes and of course Jeb. So pretty much each and every episode!!
Street Parking has so much to offer including a community built by these awesome coaches! You can tell that they are passionate about this by how much they each show up. This podcast is something I look forward to on my commute to work.
