  • Comforting and not overwhelming

    >>These coaches are very practical and take things back to the basics + they have personality and a sense of humor😎

    >>The biggest help for me has been being REMINDED of simple truths; do what you can, don’t be so black and white with workouts and nutrition, it’s ok to swap things up, etc.

    >> Very knowledgeable helpful advice and tips that literally comfort me and don’t overwhelm. God bless ‘em!

  • Good other than sound

Just real people having real conversations which is refreshing. Love everything about SP. The only criticism I have is that Miranda can be so loud while her guests volume is much lower. I struggle to listen sometimes because it is irritating having to turn the volume up and down every couple of seconds.

  • Funny, honest and real ♥️

I love listening to Miranda talk about life and lessons she’s learned along the way. She doesn’t preach, she simply shares her experiences, lessons she’s learned from them, and doesn’t sugar coat the truth or try to make herself look perfect.

She is incredibly kind, compassionate and a hardworker, so there is a lot to gain from listening to her ♥️
