  • Great but terrible

Good info. Dude clearly knows his stuff and is quite well versed. He shares information which is great. But so condescending and egotistical. Yeah, people listening want to learn, but not put down. He is clearly not a leader. Great guests, but uncle den spends half the podcast talking about how great he is, how much he makes so much and is so successful, and how great he looks. Yet says he’s humble.the last year has been him whining about how he’s a victim. Stop with the garbage.

  • Used to learn from this show, now it’s just proselytization

When this company first started, there would be some occasional nuggets of case law where I would learn something and apply it to the job. Now it’s just ego filled conversations about leadership or mental acuity… no actual teaching. And when they do attempt to teach a street cop something, the point is often muddled or it seems like they use AI to answer. The show has become little more than ranting and raving.

I like the guests he brings on and their stories, but I feel like the host makes everything about himself

and his experiences, not the guests.
