But when we take a step back, they can seem bizarre, arbitrary...and sometimes, profoundly beautiful. Join Sasha Sagan, author of "For Small Creatures Such as We," as she talks to smart, funny, interesting celebrities and scholars, uncovering just how weird... more

I listened to your LPOTL episode. I will be subscribing to your podcast. Great work being a voice of reason, and trying to make the world a better place.
Cosmos is a series that was revered at our home when I was growing up in Cuernavaca (México). It’s been so exciting to find a podcast created by Carl Sagan and Ann Druyan’s daughter, Sasha, and learn more about this world and our universe by someone who was raised by two amazing and curious people. Thanks for your work, Sasha 😃!
In just a few episodes I have learned a lot about the human species, and to see ourselves through a new lens. Definitely worth subscribing to!
Not only do I enjoy listening to each episode and diving into a specific topic with Sasha and her guests (who are usually quite funny in addition to being smart and thoughtful), but since starting this podcast I began to notice how many other bizarre rituals and customs we humans do without thinking, or knowing why we do them. Highly recommended!
The vibe is a discussion by college kids drinking. "Wow" is extremely overused by the host. I was generous in rating it a 2.
