  • Super Helpful

I binged this as we prepared for our son to enter an experiential outdoor therapy program after a long period of heartache and strife. I was buoyed by all the stories that helped us gain confidence in our decision to pursue this intervention for the kid we love so much who was struggling so hard.

Thank you Will for this important resource. We are at the beginning of this journey and he will still be 15 when he finishes the program, but parenting is a long game and we feel much better equipped ... more

I look forward to my hot days in the blueberry field, listening to stories from the field, and other parents who have traveled a similar journey. We are not out of the woods yet, and I would love to hear more interviews with current parents and wilderness students from the programs who are still around tod... more

  • Will White is Awesome

As a mental health clinician working in residential treatment, I have always had a preconceived idea of what wilderness therapy looks like. I have learned so much from this podcast that has really helped with my perspective on this powerful treatment. Will White is awesome! He knows how to hold a dang good conversation!!!! And I am so so so fortunate to be working closely with him this year, continuing to learn from his experience and wisdom! 🖤
