Want you to keep going
Irwin with his team of presenters and guests put together a great show for runners week on week. It’s great to listening to how runners of all abilities approach their training, while balancing life, for events, sharing stories. Love listening to this as I do my own training. Thanks for a great show.
An insightful window into the local Perth running scene, Irwin is providing a fantastic service to the Perth running community with some interesting and insightful interviews in a familiar format similar to the great Inside Running Podcast. Would love to hear more from the interviewer himself about his own journey 🙂
You can always learn as a runner, so having a bunch of like minded runners talking about Comrades and all things running, you are sure to find something that will help with your running. The prospect of running Comrades in 12 months time, high on my bucket list has been made considerably less daunting by listening to these people and their own experiences this year, albeit in vain in the end! 😢
