Except for the poor sound quality, I think this podcast is the greatest. The variety of topics, Steve Rubin’s preparation, and the enthusiasm of the host and guests for the topic makes for an enlightening, engaging, and thoroughly enjoyable experience. Don’t stop!
Good podcast, smart personable host too, but why oh why, when you have Jack O’Halloran as a guest, and he keeps trying to tell his Robert Mitchum/“Farewell My Lovely” stories does that host push for the goods on, wait for it….”Hero and the Terror?” That’s like scoring a one on one with Tom Hanks and spending the whole pressing him about filming “Turner & Hooch.”
