  • The Best In The Business

SpyHards Podcast is, without a doubt, the best espionage movie podcast to ever exist. They not only cover every inch of, admittedly, a pretty niche corner of film, but they do so well. They go in depth about the cast, crew, and pre-and-post production of the film the episode is reviewing. They talk about the film’s themes, technical aspects, and performances on and off the camera. We are thus able to learn nuanced details about niche films and wider truths about the history of the entertainment industry at large. Part of the magic of the Spyhards interview is a tested and true formula or proc... more

I’ve always liked movies and cartoons like the Warner Bros. Merrie Melodies that have subtle nods to current events like ration cards and “loose lips sink ships” propaganda. I know it’s not a movie (unless you count the Will Smith abomination!) but I’d love to have you review Wild, Wild West. I’ve watched my DVD set countles... more

  • A must listen the day it arrives!

When I see a episode drop of Spyhards it immediately goes to the top of the list for a listen. I thought I was a spy film fan prior to listening but now I know there is such a deeper world. more
