  • My only problem with this podcast ? 1) that each episode isn’t 4 hours longer .. I’m OBSESSED

As an actor and a New Yorker of 16+ years, we see/go through / deal with a lot. Weather I’m pounding the pavement rushing for God knows what, or at home in my kimono , I’m always obsessed with the energy and love and knowledge from

These episodes! I feel like I’m having a little “cheeseboard checkin” with my girlfriends! Real conversations based through human connection. I mean, I could listen to SJB rattle off a phone book, and feel like it was the most sincere, emotionally intelligent conversa... more

  • A huge breath of fresh air!

I listen to this podcast not only as an avid fan of Stephanie J. Block, but also as a classical orchestral musician who consumes musical theater as a departure from the typical soundscape of my own work. This podcast is a masterclass in performance/career path mindset for ANY performer. I don’t sing, dance, or act, but I’ve been able to take their words of wisdom with me on stage and in the practice room to create a healthier space for my own performance. Take a listen!
