  • Terrible

These people are terrible at reporting and providing insights into The Royals. Truly clueless and I would not recommend it to anyone. Please look elsewhere, you will waste your time here.

  • Lila Bromberg

This is a good show, but please ban Lila Bromberg from saying “tournament” ever again. This is by far her favorite word and she mispronounces it 20 to 30 times per episode. I want to poke out my eardrums whenever she does this. Is she mangling this word on purpose?

  • HERBIE AUDIO

Always love listening to the Chiefs gang break down the pst Sunday performances or the following game look ahead. HOWEVER - I can’t take the HERBIE issues anymore. It has become a pattern of shoddy audio that is exclusive to HIS set-up. Unfortunately, this totally interrupts the flow of analysis and, quite honestly, makes for a poor listen during his moments of speech. One has no choice but to question the professionalism of the Podcast at this point. Are you telling me there is no solution to H... more

Inside The Star’s feature on Darryn Peterson and his KU basketball season
Q: What does this mean for his NBA future and how scouts are viewing him now?
NBA scouts have adjusted their expectations, moving from a near-universal No. 1 pick expectation to a range that places him among the top choices but with greater emphasis on medicals and fit, particularly in teams that value durability and role clarity; the upcoming NCAA Tournament performances and medical evaluations will heavily influence where he lands in the draft.
Inside The Star’s feature on Darryn Peterson and his KU basketball season
Q: What were your biggest takeaways about why Darryn Peterson missed so much time this season?
The primary reasons center on a combination of cramps, a hamstring strain, ankle sprain, and flu-like symptoms, all interwoven through the season, with Peterson noting a September conditioning incident as a trigger and suggesting the timing of those health episodes influenced when he played. The discussion also touched on whether load management was involved, with consensus from his circle that it wasn't a deliberate, ongoing strategy, though there were earlier signs that his schedule and recovery varied.
