  • Great podcast or greatest podcast?

Thank you lads for the excellent podcast, by far the best on KCSN. The show gives me something to look forward to on Monday mornings and makes Fridays even sweeter. Looking forward to hearing you guys break down Tuesday night football live from Turkmenistan and the Chargers annual hype train and collapse.

  • That Football Show

Fantastic network with insightful content, and I’m a big fan of one of their shows, That Football Show. Matt and Tucker provide a refreshing take on the Chiefs and the league as a whole, with spot on takes and hilarious feedback. Tucker may have opened a can of worms on the last show letting us know he will read whatever we write in the comments, however. It was tempting to asking AI to write a full That Football Show and Get Up crossover episode script and plugging it into the comments for Tuck... more

  • That Football Show

Matt & Tucker are an amazing 1-2 punch with real football knowledge, sprinkling in a lot of wit, humor, over-exaggeration, fandom, and interesting content on both the Chiefs and the whole league. I’m a huge fan and a long-time listener. I haven’t missed a podcast in a year and a half.

There’s nothing better than a TFS Monday episode after a regular season game, win or lose.

My favorite league calendar event that they cover for like, 3-4 shows, is the schedule release. It’s absolutely hilarious... more

Talking Points

Recent interactions between the hosts and their guests.

21 Questions 3/27: What if the Chiefs’ Top 3 Targets are Gone at Pick 9?
Q: Which combination of picks would you pursue if Bain and Bailey are off the board?
Their consensus leans toward trading back to accumulate more picks and then selecting two players in the mid-first to late-first range, such as Sadiq and Falk, rather than forcing a reach at nine.
21 Questions 3/27: What if the Chiefs’ Top 3 Targets are Gone at Pick 9?
Q: Should the Chiefs look to trade back from nine or stay put and pick a receiver or edge rusher?
They acknowledge both paths; staying could mean taking Downs or Lemon, while trading back can yield additional picks and flexibility to land two players in the second tier, potentially moving up later with acquired assets.
21 Questions 3/27: What if the Chiefs’ Top 3 Targets are Gone at Pick 9?
Q: What is the best option at pick number nine if your top three targets are gone?
The hosts suggest Downs as a strong incumbent choice if you stay at nine, but if a trade back is possible they'd prefer landing Sadiq or Mackay Lemon later in the first round and acquiring extra capital; they also discuss the possibility of moving up using 29 and 74 to target a player they really like.
KCSN Draft Show 3/21: PFF's Trevor Sikkema Gives His Top WRs in the 2026 NFL Draft
Q: Why might Trevor lean toward taking a tackle at nine even with a potential top-tier receiver in the class?
Because top tackles tend to dry up quickly and a long-term solution at left tackle is valuable, especially if the team is unsure about internal options; the choice depends on how the brain trust values long-term protection versus immediate playmakers.
KCSN Draft Show 3/21: PFF's Trevor Sikkema Gives His Top WRs in the 2026 NFL Draft
Q: How does the Chiefs' recent acquisition of 29 impact their decision at pick nine regarding offensive tackle vs. wide receiver?
With 29, there's more flexibility: they could address a long-term need on the line if a top tackle falls, but they can also target a high-impact receiver at nine if one of the top options is available, balancing immediate help with future protection.
