Idk how all these folks are complaining about OWG when it’s legit hilarious (all three, yes even Nate) and has great insight. Compared to most of the other schlock that has been crowded into this channel (looking at you BJ), OWG stands above the rest. The Lab guys are the OGs so can’t fault them, still good. Really liked the change of pace that was Amateur Hour, hope that comes back. And the recent addition of Verderame is nice, although I’m biased as he is a personal favorite. All the rest…..wo... more
KC Sports Network is the place to go to for all the news and analysis for the Kansas City Chiefs. It’s the detailed work to give nuance to the news, why things are happening and what to expect next. The shows are extremely fun and makes you feel like you sitting around with friends talking about football. more
Great listen.
Unfortunately this show has become unlistenable. Individually the hosts have a lot of insight about the chiefs but their desire to make each other laugh overrides every discussion. I respect them all but they are so invested in trying to be funny that it’s impossible to tune in and get the kid of of Chiefs insight an informed fan might want. Sort of a shame. These guys like each other a lot, which is great, but this is a podcast and not a comedy special.
Even on audio only, I gain something from the shows. Love the mock process you ran thru. Like X WR in first, and thinking thru scenarios.
