  • A life changing, paradigm shifting podcast

I felt so lost before I found this podcast. I knew what I was doing was right but I felt like I had the entire world against me. It was extremely painful fighting to be allowed to love your baby and treat them the way your body is telling you you must. Hearing each guest filled me up a little more each time and was so healing. I am so grateful I found this podcast!!! I also love the warmth and wisdom emanating from greers personality. I love hearing her talk and interview the guests!

  • Dr. Kirshenbaum knows her stuff!

This podcast is a great follow on from her book The Nurture Revolution. Dr. Kirshenbaum’s knowledge, comments and advice are rooted in science and backed by evidence-based approaches (which can be increasingly hard to come by in the Wild West of the internet!). She has an empathetic and relatable tone and gives some practical tips to help support your baby’s development. Highly recommend!
