Lots and lots of movies have soundtracks. Some are classics. Some are bad. But the majority fall somewhere in between. This podcast is going to take a look at all of them (or, as many as I can). Every week I'll be covering a different movie that had an original motion picture soundtrack, and then digging into the album. One p... more

I really enjoy this podcast-it takes hours to get through each episode because I always stop and listen to the music discussed:) so a live show!! If you do an intro before the movie or give out a list of the tracks and the scenes they appear in, the audience can prep for the soundtrack portion of your discussion. I would def be there…um, if you come to NY. thanks for sharing your enthusiasm and research from a fellow teacher-I have no idea where you find the time 💪🏼

I love Soundtracker. I love Eric Peacock. His show is always a great time, well researched, and a clear labor of love. I don’t listen to every show, only because I have huge gaps in my movie and music knowledge, but any time I watch a movie that he’s covered it gets me to go back and check that episode out, and it always deepens my appreciation for the movie and the soundtrack. Support this show! It’s the kind of independent podcasting we need. - Julian Titus, host of The Stage Select
