煮一餐飯、簽一份租約、同室友相處、處理家務、走入街市、認識社區，這些看似很日常的事，往往要到真正一個人生活時，才發現原來自己從來沒有學過。
《SoSo青年生活學》 邀請正在學習獨立生活的青年，分享他們由唔識、淆底、撞板，到慢慢摸索出自己生活方法的真實經驗。每一集，我們都會由一個生活難題開始，聊到背後的情緒、支援、社區和成長。
