Police in New Jersey never suspected that Khalil Wheeler-Weaver, a nerdy-looking, polite young man from a law enforcement family, was the one stalking the streets and dating apps for his next target. The journalists behind “Father Wants Us Dead” — called one of the best true crime... more

I listened to this story told by another podcaster series and you all did an amazing job providing all the facts
I waited a while on this one because it’s such heavy subject matter. You can’t help but care about these women and how we (and our systems) failed them. It hurts. I hope they rest easy and get justice.
Such a tragedy this story is, but it was told with such respect and grace for the young women who were murdered. Wonderful reporting and engaging storytelling by both journalists. I was in tears listening, and my heart truly breaks for these young women and their families and friends. Thank for talking about this case and taking the time to investigate the lack of justice for missing POC and sex workers.
These stories of young black girls don’t get enough attention. Very tragic. Thank you for sharing.
It started off good but after four minutes, they played the race card. Making it seem like just because somebody is white that people pay more attention to their cases. With their pale skin and their blue eyes. They literally said that. People are getting tired of this race baiting garbage. Just tell the story.
