  • Two words: Life Changing

In a world where doctor’s orders reign and their only help is labeling with a diagnosis or medicating, it’s easy to feel hopeless. I discovered this podcast four months ago and signed up for the testing and diet program 3 months ago. Decreased hyperactivity and inflammation (that would’ve led to a tonsils surgery) and less ‘behavior’ from my 5 year old let me know we are on the right path…the only path to health and recovery really! BEYOND GRATEFUL for Dana Kay.

  • Eye opening

I found Dana Kay’s Facebook page and later podcast. This has been a very eye opening experience as I’ve struggled with my son that has ADHD. I’m still learning - we have eliminated some foods that cause inflammation and I’ve seen positive changes in my son.
