    I appreciate the candid honesty of this podcast. The host and her co-host are clearly very knowledgeable and for that reason, 5 stars.

    However, sometimes the subject matter discussions – and sometimes the tone – seem to focus on discouraging its listeners from becoming an agent, rather than focusing on the positives and why someone should give it a whirl.     No b.s. on this podcast. Straight to the point and very informative. I love how you go into detail with realistic day to day stuff as a real estate agent and squashing all the rumors that’s being said about becoming a real estate agent.
