    DJ seems like a knowledgeable guy and has a great podcast voice. But just listened to a coffee talk with him and Tim Littleton. This is probably set up this way on purpose, but why does Tim keep asking DJ questions like he doesn’t have a clue about Real Estate? I get it’s probably purposely set up this way for that DJ can repeat his point, but to me, it just makes Tim sound absolutely clueless.
