  • Prolonged grief

I love this podcast. My husband passed 6 1/2 yrs ago and I am hearing the same thing about people telling me to move on and I am grieving too long. My kids were 8 son with autism and boy/girl twins who were 3. No one has helped me to this day. I did have a horrible childhood hood and we weren’t able to cry. I was so shocked by my mom the other day, telling me I am grieving to long😡. Now I don’t feel alone. Thank you so much!
