It was difficult to drop into meditation Monday with so much background noise. You cited that hearing kids play was bringing you joy but listening with headphones in I could hear them banging and playing through the meditation.

The music was soothing. The night before I had trouble sleeping, as I started listening I fell asleep and slept soundly and peacefully. I woke up refreshed and felt relaxed. It was pretty amazing!
