  • The Real Deal

I love that Erin is not only practical but honest too! It helps me as a wife, mom and teacher feel like someone is standing in my corner and hears me and gets me! Love that she is now sharing what she is reading! I am a book lover too and am always looking for the next best book or series. I also must add for those of us who seldom use Instagram or social media, I don’t feel like I am missing a ton of her content. Keep up the amazing work!

Q: You mention A days and B days for summer planning; how does the planning process change in the summertime?

The Summer Planning Shift Every Mom Needs with Megan Sumrell
Q: For listeners meeting you for the first time, can you share a little about your story and what led you to help women plan differently?

Finding BIG Time with Laura Vanderkam
Q: What is a practical first step someone can take to start tracking their time, and why does it matter?
Start with a time log for a week, write down what you did each hour, and then compare it to what you wish you were doing; this data helps you see misalignments, reclaim wasted moments, and make decisions that reflect your true priorities.

Q: Will you share more about how you became a time management expert and what drives your approach to time?

Ask Me Anything: Winter/Spring 2026
Q: Any tips for rousing a 10-year-old who is really grumpy about getting out of bed in the morning?
