Started listening when I started my self-care journey. Words can’t explain how much this podcast has helped me figure out what I want and what is good for me in all types of aspects. I think Ashley does an amazing job at keeping the listeners entertained. As well as i think how cool it is for her to have different songs to analyze. It opens up so many different types of conversations and it really makes you think. 100/10 podcast. Love Love LOVEEEE IT !!! Keep doing your thing girly <3 !
