  • Phenomenal advice for anyone feeling out of alignment on social media

Thank you Leah!! The “why I’m leaving Instagram” episode is one of the most validating podcast episodes I’ve listened to in a long time.. so many “aha” moments where you put eloquent words to how I’ve also been feeling for some time. Especially love the connection with trusting your body cues when it comes to social media similarly to how you would with IE. Best of luck on your offline journey 🩵
