这一期，是我少有地坐到对谈桌的另一边。李诺邀请我聊「播客与我」，结果这一聊，好像把我这几年做播客的心路又走了一遍。
从最早害怕站到台前、躲在提问后面，到慢慢敢在麦克风前，把自己的声音、犹豫、甚至低谷都留了下来。我发现，播客不只是内容——它是一场持续的自我修炼。它逼我去看见那些我以为藏得很好的部分，也让我在一次次剪辑、崩溃、重启的循环里，看见自己的成长。
我们聊到了「低谷其实是一份礼物」、「人没有未来，只有当下」，也聊到了那个关于“高要求、低回应”的自己。
