Great content and guests, presented in a straightforward, approachable manner that helps get the message across with care, intelligence and laughs. It’s like being at a cafe table with good friends.

I particularly loved the episode with Annie Grace as the book ‘This Naked Mind’ was the lightbulb moment for me nearly 5 years ago - loved hearing Annie connect with Meg and Bella to share and laugh.
