  • Love her personality, but I need more info and fewer interjections

This podcast is good, but I’d like to learn more about the dynamics of having a toxic relationship with family and less about this podcaster’s personal experience. I believe her, I respect her—but she’s matting her own experience onto her explanations in a way that’s not helpful to me.

  • So grateful

I have listened to almost every single podcast of yours and it is the guide I have been missing my entire life. I don’t regret anything but because of your voice and words and some hard work, I have been able to grow into the whole person that I was truly meant to be. And bonus, I am breaking the cycle for my daughters. I am

forever grateful. I look at your podcast every day…is there a new one??? Never stop…the world needs you and so do I 😘

  • Thank God someone finally named what I’ve gone through all these years

I’m so grateful to have come across Dr. Campbell’s podcast (and books). My parents, however, are also emotionally abusive and the above-mentioned events with my sister have forced me to consider how to move forward in that relationship as well. It’s a very taboo subject, and it is such a relief to find a community of people who are going thr... more

  • Dr Sherrie is so knowledgeable but never lets guests speak

I really think Dr Sherrie is a wonderful resource in this space, but it’s been bothering for some time that when she has guests on she still does most of talking instead of interviewing the guest and letting them speak. If I had a podcast, I could see myself struggling with this same thing, as I can be over excitable when I’m passionate about a topic, as Dr Sherrie certainly is about this one. I often finish a podcast with one of her guests unsatisfied and go looking for other interviews they ... more
