料理の仕事を始めて、もう6年になります。そして家事としての料理は20年近くになります。その中で、音楽と料理の共通点をずっと感じてきたのですが、ひょんなことで今回、リアルにそれを確かめることができました。

複業の１つを辞めることにしました。そんなドタバタモヤモヤの毎日で、声の偉大さをやっぱりまた教えられます。
「元気になろう」としてなれるものじゃないけれど、結果的に「あれ？元気になった！」という結果がついてくるのが、声を出すということ。
声によって、暗いものが吐き出されて、またリフレッシュされていく。声を出すことで、勝手に変化させられるのです。

これはテクニックであり、大人だからできるとか子供だからできないというものではありません。いつでも誰でもできますが、実際にやるかどうかで結果が変わると思います。
