Everyone is talking about sex...except for Christians. And if they do, it's some version of "sex is for marriage", sex creates "soul ties" or... the progressive church who talks about sex for married people, pretty much has some underlying version of "sex is for your husband." ...Which is not only problematic, but doesn't help you actually wait or know what to do when you are married. So it's time... more

I was originally so excited about listening to a new podcast with black women that are Christian and that also married but upon further listening the episode 74, I was shocked about Bustin it before marriage episode and it really deeply disturbed me. Generally enjoy the show! Didn’t really care for the use of the n-word in the latest episode. Otherwise though it’s cool.
Thank you ladies for listening to God’s call to speak into this topics. The Church needs this and I hope more people will find this podcast. I hope you will talk about sex addiction, porn addiction, praying during sex, surviving a marriage after an affair. Thanks again for having this platform.
When I first started listening, I didn’t think it was for me because they were both married and I’m not. But then I got hip to this single series! And baby! Talk about made just for me. The guest, Demy, uncovers and articulate feelings I had but either suppressed or didn’t know how to verbalize. I’m learning to embrace my sexuality even while single. I told my therapist who also happens to specialize in Christian Sex Therapy and she agrees these ladies are doing great work. I hope these talks ar... more
LOVE this podcast. It’s the destigmatizing sex, God, relationships, and our bodies for me. So much of what the hosts and their guests talk about are things that must and should be said and are often not talked about. I appreciate the candor, hilarity, sensitivity, and genuineness. This podcasts helps me feel like I’m not alone in the struggles I’m going through. The Single season really resonates with me. It’s bomb. Take a listen.
