17 minutes into an episode and I couldn’t tell you what the episode is about. 17 minutes of rambling nonsense intro and tangents before even starting the main story is too much. Get to the story already!!!!
I can’t listen anymore due to the stupid tangents and it doesn’t help when you bring in a guests. The content is lost. I think you need to do something else. Gonna unfollow the show.
This is my initial introduction to the podcast. Being an “experienced” true crime aficionado. I see this podcast is “a diamond in the ruff”: Rachel is quite skilled in her true crime research and preparation to grab your attention with her riveting storytelling but her husband is an obvious hindrance to the Rachel’s professional growth.

I used to love this podcast when it was new and Rachel was focused. But now I am so frustrated by all the tangents and stupid personal stories that it just makes me angry! Greg adds nothing and just distracts from the main story. I don’t care about your house renovations. I don’t care about Indiana. I don’t care about Greg’s music. Also what happened to the original premise of sinners? It’s becoming unlistenable!
This could have been a really captivating episode but it felt too thrown together and chatty. Clean it up

Exploring the dark underbelly of faith and deception, the content navigates through the world of religious leaders who have committed heinous crimes, often in direct violation of the trust placed in them by their followers. The narrative typically centers on notorious figures like televangelists and cult leaders, providing an unsettling examination of human culpability under the guise of faith. Unique storytelling blends true crime with themes of manipulation, betrayal, and morality, making it both a chilling and thought-provoking listen for those interested in the intersection of spirituality and crime.
