This week we talk community and new music from Clipse and Kassa Overall.
This week we talk new music from Slick Rick, Little Simz and more
This week we're back from break/vacation. We also talk new music from Lushlife and Little Simz.
This week we talk post-election blues and new music from Philth Spector, Tyler The Creator, and more.
If you liked the Deezus and Mero vibe and would dig it with a less spazzy and more grounded vibe then give this a chance. Meaningful and entertaining convos week after week that cover personal check ins, current events and culture. I love the vibe so much that even if they discuss something I’m not super interested in (like sports) it’s still an enjoyable listen. These brothers are a good hang.
Just here to let folks know that the folks rating this a 1 don’t have taste and probably don’t understand the full dynamic of the show. People see a title, assume, and then listen to the most recent episode and react based off the assumption. When you listen to prior episodes and understand the minds and chemistry of John & Josh, you love and appreciate the show in it’s entirety. Also—there is NOTHING that comes out of Philly that’s “boring.”
I found this pod recently and I’m really enjoying it, these hosts are great to listen to and Im really enjoying hearing them comment on new releases and current events in rap keep it up you guys thank u!!
Love it fun
So much respect for these brothers ✊🏾
