I am a high school science teacher and I found this podcast a few weeks ago. I am obsessed! I have an hour commute every day and I listen to about 2 episodes each way! I just recently listened to the AHDH episode number 63 and as someone who has ADHD and was just diagnosed (I’m 26), there were SO many helpful tips in that episode that I can’t wait to try!
