The show has lost its heart and soul after the death of Thierry. Tom really needed an equal to offset his ego and world view. Great show to listen to while I’m cooking or doing dishes! Great way to stay in touch with what’s in season.
I listen during my commute! SO much better than the silly radio morning shows. I’m learning so much with each episode.

A kitchen-forward, Seattle-focused culinary show that blends practical cooking tips, restaurant operations, and culture. Episodes frequently feature hands-on demonstrations, multi-guest interviews with chefs, educators, and local food entrepreneurs, plus lively banter and family-story moments from the hosts. Noteworthy is the strong emphasis on community food initiatives, local dining districts, and accessible cooking for home listeners, all anchored by the hosts' deep ties to Seattle's restaurant scene. This mix makes it useful for listeners who want actionable technique, industry context, and a window into regional food culture, tech-enabled sourcing, and small-business storytelling.
