  • Love Seamside so much!

On one hand, I am so sad I’m just now finding this podcast in 2025. On the other, I am thrilled because there are so many back episodes to binge and catch up on. Zak’s voice is so calming, and his questions and insight are so insightful and thoughtful. His work and his podcast are inspiring and I’m so glad to have found it via his Textile Talk with Heidi Parks recently!

  • A balm and an invitation

Zak’s tender conversations with his thoughtful guests are keeping my cup filled up these days. Each episode is an invitation to be a little more honest and vulnerable in art-making. To take the first step, again and again toward being the change we wish to see in the world and to make a soft space for others to do the same. Big gratitude, Zak. Keep going.

Yay! I’m so happy that Seamside is back. Just listened to the first episode and feel so privileged to eavesdrop on this conversation between Zak and Demetri. If we were in a cafe I would have ordered coffee after coffee just so I could keep my table next to them.
