Hey. So it’s my understanding that football teams are not built in free agency, much less the first week of free agency.
I gotta say that up until this episode evaluating free agency 2025, Adam Emmert (sp?) has been one of my favorite Seahawks podcasters.

I used to listen to this show every week since 2018, but it’s fallen off pretty bad since Pete Carrol was let go. Adam used to be really funny and had a lot of good chemistry with Brandon. Now, anyone that disagrees with these guys have no idea what they’re talking about because they’ve “been a podcast for 12 years”. And God forbid you don’t want to roll out Geno Smith for a 3rd straight mediocre season. These guys are stuck in the mud and don’t have hardly any positive outlooks on the futur... more
