The hour starts with a bunch of funny listener voicemails for Here's The Thing. After that, they spin Around The NFC and preview a few of the NFC Wild Card games (and tie into how it impacts the Seahawks) with Matt Spiegel of 670 The Score in Chicago... more

While Salk knows his sports (accept soccer). What isn’t as well known is he also has great musical taste! @MikeSalk you mentioned Alabama Shakes on air a couple of years ago and I thank you for that! Saw them at Climate Pledge last summer and they were amazing. Then, I had been listening to Khruangbin over the last year, and you highlighted them as well (I’m upset I missed them and you at the Neptune show)! Keep it up my brother, always need some music suggestions.
Release the BEAST!!! More Charles! Right now!
Brock seems like he has same personality as the mother in law from the birdcage
I always put this show on for my otherwise dreary morning and evening commute. Traffic would be a real drag without Maura, Mike, Brock, and Lyle. The show is a unique blend of sports/pop culture, insightful sports interviews, and humor. This is not just a podcast; it is a public service.
Lazy Salk complains about working 5 days a week…. unbelievable. Bro works 4 hours a day and has to go home and take an old man nap. Looks like they got you doing the easy work cupcake. Try working a 250 hour unpaid shift and crushing my legs in a hydraulic press. You part-timer.
