  • Yuck

I used to listen religiously for few years but kjr is gone off deep end. Low level guests, constant yelling low level guests. Soccer talk, same ole debates and running out Hugh Millen who can’t form a sentence and who rambles on about nothing. Team 710 Brock and Salk!

Q: Steve, what was your read on the Mariners' deadline moves, particularly the Castillo deal and Taylor Ward from Baltimore?
Phillips called the Castillo trade a massive win for Seattle, explained the flexibility in the roster, and viewed Ward as a valuable add, while weighing how these moves might impact team depth and competitiveness going forward.
Softy 8-4 Hour 1: Mike Florio, Steve Phillips, Fun With Audio
Q: All right, Mike, last one for you: with the Hall of Fame game on Thursday, what lingering story ties the NFL together for this week?
Florio emphasized the upcoming Hall of Fame game as a backdrop for evaluating teams' long-term health and the way contracts like Bijan Robinson's shape the league, while noting the broader implications for the rest of the season.
Softy & Dick Hour 3: Jerry Brewer, Mariners postgame and Ellineus Davis
Q: Ellineus, what drew you to stay at UW after Kaelin DeBoer left, and how has the culture changed since then?
I stayed because I believed in the staff once they arrived; the culture grew more welcoming, family-oriented, and connected, and I felt the program elevated without changing its core. The environment now stresses unity, confidence, and a shared commitment to compete at a high level.
Softy & Dick 8-7 Hour 1: Mariners 50th Anniversary, Raul Ibanez, Fun With Audio
Q: What makes this weekend's games important for the Mariners beyond the ceremony?
The hosts discuss whether the team will demonstrate urgency and start building momentum against tough opponents, suggesting this weekend could redefine postseason hopes if they perform strongly.
Softy & Dick Hour 2: Mariners reaction and Scott Eklund
Q: Who's your running back number one for Washington this year?
There's a real competition among Lamar, Quaid Carr, and Jayden Lemar, with Carr showing as a potential starter if he cleanly handles protection and carries the load.
