Site Spark in Action: How Emeritus Reinvented Staff Training
Q: Joshua, what inspired your team to build a custom training platform instead of using off-the-shelf tools?
We found most options didn't fully meet our needs or would be costly for our staff size, so we chose to build Earl and UREL in-house to tailor content, ensure regulatory compliance, and keep it affordable and scalable for around 160 staff across two sites.
