I like that extreme health fads are being talked about & debunked but I can’t understand how an investigative reporter knew unsettling things about Wim Hoff in 2013 still wrote favourably about him. He helped promote Hoff & now critiques the man & method. He is only now a serious investigative journalist? It seems he really wasn’t ten years ago or spoken about this much sooner.

I learned about Scott through a friend in the Canadian Special forces. It was about his famous book, what doesn’t kill us.
He help me going on a better wellness path. But like him, I am really sceptic about some magical gorou and products that fix you.
