All of the content is great, but it gets lost in the unprofessional delivery. Needs more planning and thoughtful preparation of the script and presentation of the information and opinions. I cannot listen to this anymore even though I agree with everything! Rambling, seemingly just turns on the microphone and starts inventing what to say. So frustrating!
