Salty Dogs Christian Podcast

We‘re maybe not your average Christian podcast. A few years ago, these kinds of conversations weren‘t really happening, but it‘s a lot more prevalent today. The Salty Dogs Podcast is all about asking questions, and seeking out answers. Where we may take it out on ”the Church”, you should know we have always looked inward to bring our own hearts and minds under correction most of all. Although the ... more

It might sound harsh to ask, but we're very curious. At least enough to have a conversation about it. When people get emotional in a spiritual environment, does it always mean that God is at work in them? Listen, we've cried too in church, so we're n... more

  • Be Challenged, grow!

Just started jumping into the podcasts. So far been encouraged and at times challenged through them. I always find myself laughing and contemplating.

I don’t always agree with their takes, but even in those conversations, I take the discussion back to my quiet times and chew through them; leaning on the Holy Spirit for clarity and direction, thus growing closer to my Lord and redeemer Jesus Christ.

Listening to the podcast is as close as I can get to deep discussion with my fellow brothers in... more

  • Great Work You All Are Doing

I came across this podcast after learning that Casey was on here. After listening for a bit, I truly enjoy the banter and real conversation that comes up. It’s funny, witty, emotional, passionate, salty, and often exactly what I need to hear. I am on the road a lot for work these days and this podcast has been a staple while watching the miles roll by. Keep up the good work dudes, excited for more.

  • Real-Life Christianity

These guys remind me of me and my church buddies. Sitting around being silly geese and talking about the Lord. This podcast has helped me tremendously. These guys put it all out there about their struggles and how to really lead a Christian life. As the title says, this is real-life Christianity. It’s real and authentic.

  • SO AUTHENTIC

These guys do not mess around.. well, that’s not true. These guys are funny and goofy! It makes them that more lovable though, but it also means you gotta be able to handle the chatter and wandering. In between the spouts of sarcasm and jokes are some of the most honest, insightful conversations I’ve ever listened to. I love how much these guys just tell it as it is, while remaining in the scripture.

However, if you are easily offend-able, find yourself thinking you know better, extremely clos... more

  • Great Content

I chuckle that in the beginning Jason and Casey named the podcast Salty Dogs, because they are young and we who have been listening over the last couple years have been able to see them learn and grow in thier understanding. They always bring on fenominal guests and hit the challenging topics that we need to consider to walk in a manner worthy of the Lord. Love the podcast, love to listen and grow in my understanding of the Father along side you guys.

  • Love listening to these guys

I may be a bit biased but I have been listening since the first episode. This is one of my favorite podcasts. These guys crack me up but also bring some heavy truths. Praying that God continues to use you in mighty ways. And I hope your cheeks are rosy.
