This is it--the final episode of the 1992 Sailor Moon Anime. 200 episodes later, nearly seven years coming, and we end on Tsukino Usagi's 43rd birthday. It's a bittersweet moment for us all, I am not going to lie, and we're very happy to be joined by... more

That Chris guy really makes it hard to listen to this. Some of the bits he thinks are funny he makes them last too long. It was better in the beginning when they were better informed and could contrast between versions. The guest are usually the best part.
Jordan and Chris go through every single episode of the original 1992 sailor moon. It’s quite fun to listen alongside watching these episodes for the first time. They have a variety of guests on with different histories with Sailor Moon so every show feels fresh. Two cis men hosting a podcast on sailor moon may sound strange to some, but they clearly love the show and it comes through
This podcast is interesting, AND it has inspired me to do my own podcast from a queer perspective. The fact that it is two cis het men and fheir girl friends (who mostly just agree with what the men say), is…tragic. Literally the “doctor wife” uses the word transsexual to describe a villain in one of the first episodes. Yeahhhh, let’s leave it up to you to explore gender…..
Hilarious and quirky. I’ve fallen in love all over again. I wish it was still recording. Definitely worth listing from the beginning.
Jordan and Chris are on a long march through the entire 1992 Sailor Moon anime, joined in every episode by a female guest. They're as unashamed to love this cartoon for little girls as they are willing to clown on its missteps and low points. (Horse boyfriend, anybody?) It's a ton of fun, and now that they've almost reached the end of the show, I'm a really looking forward to seeing what they do next!
Been watching every episode of Sailor Moon on Hulu (including the ones I’ve never had the opportunity to see) and this is an absolutely fun companion. I wish I’d found it earlier so I could have joined the shirt club!
On episode 68, and LOVE how in depth these episodes are! Jordan is consistently a great host and the guests are terrific! It’s great to hear from people so passionate about the show. Chris, however, REALLY needs to work on not being so negative. It’s exhausting listening to him as he nitpicks at little things, tries to turn everything into sarcasm, and looks to find the bad in every great sailor moon scene. So. 68 specifically is agonizingly filled with his negativity and rudeness.
To find a podcast network that is related to all my favorite things is quite possibly the best thing that could happen to me. ❤️
I’ve listened to this podcast every night as I walk home from work for the last three years, and it’s been such a comfort. You guys are so funny and thoughtful! You almost made SuperS fun! Thank you so much for doing this podcast year after year.
It's a great way to reminisce sailor moon in the 90s. Fans are an important part of the show and they share some extra trivia that are provided by fans during the show. This show makes you feel like you're just chilling and talking with friends about Sailor moon. The podcasters do have certain opinions about certain characters but they respect other opinions too and are also open to invite guests that disagree with them on certain matters.
Funny and engaging. I would give it 5* but there is lots of Sailor Mars slander which apparently offends me. 😂
Sailor Moon was my favorite cartoon growing up and like a lot of people, I didn’t remember with any clarity what it was really about until I was recently able to re-watch it on Hulu. Jordan and Chris have done an amazing job of taking us through every episode (plus a few other Sailor Moon related topics and media) in a way that’s engaging, often times hilarious, and definitely addicting. These two dudes and their female guests have reinvigorated a timeless show that nurtured a generation of peo... more
Chris and Jordan have a great time going through the great (and not so great) episodes of Sailor Business. They’re funny, smart, and very attuned to the gender and sexuality subtext (and text) of the show. Great hosts, great guests. Highly recommended.
Probably my favorite podcast, and I’m not even a Sailor Moon fan. Chris and Jordan have such good chemistry, and they and their guests are very insightful. A must listen for any kind of comic or anime fan.
