Way too many guest speakers. I use to love Shelby’s podcast & listening to her habit stacking advice & personal messages. Now all she does is have guest speakers every week. Definitely not fan, find myself zoning out & fast forwarding.
I just found this podcast so I’m a bit late to the party but am really enjoying it. I love Shelby’s voice and vocabulary and find her really well spoken. I love that each episode has a purpose and homework but that it’s small, realistic steps. We are over changing your life overnight just for it to fall apart. We are taking real, manageable steps to make ours lives 1% better everyday. Genuinely feel like I can make some legit changes with Shelby’s advice, thanks bestie. Byeeeee
Been following Shelby on Tik Tok since 2022 and she’s completely changed my life🫶🏻

It's so hard to follow ( 1.. because she talks SO FAST and 2. There's just no theme- it's a... more
