  • My New Best Friend

Sad to Savage is the perfect podcast for a non-guilt inducing way to improve your quality of life! Shelby is fun, relatable, and makes every episode feel like a personal conversation with a friend. She is an "it girl" who has been in the lows so many of us face. Each episode not only brings me so much hope for my future, but specific yet personally flexible ways to get there. It no longer feels unattainable or too hard. • Well rounded pod

The fact this girl’s pod has such a wide reach says it all. I’m in my late 30s with two school aged kids, doesn’t seem like the target audience but trust me - it’s for you no matter your stage in life. Shelby has great and practical habit tips and never sounds preachy, she’s also hilarious. I’ve also gotten several books on my to read list from her (follow her IG too), maybe one day she will be writing her own! Lastly there are no advertisements, a huge plus in my books.
