  • Use to be my fav podcast

Way too many guest speakers. I use to love Shelby’s podcast & listening to her habit stacking advice & personal messages. Now all she does is have guest speakers every week. Definitely not fan, find myself zoning out & fast forwarding.

  • Inspirational with realistic steps

I just found this podcast so I’m a bit late to the party but am really enjoying it. I love Shelby’s voice and vocabulary and find her really well spoken. I love that each episode has a purpose and homework but that it’s small, realistic steps. We are over changing your life overnight just for it to fall apart. We are taking real, manageable steps to make ours lives 1% better everyday. Genuinely feel like I can make some legit changes with Shelby’s advice, thanks bestie. Byeeeee

  • Rambles On

I realllly wanted to like this podcast and I think Shelby is awesome I just feel like she isn't a good podcaster :/ she struggles to get to the point and every episode more or less is the same talk of habits and habit stacking ( which is genius and I do use in my life) but then rambles on about HER personal life or her relationships where it's just not interesting enough to listen to multiple episodes on. It's so hard to follow ( 1.. because she talks SO FAST and 2. There's just no theme- it's a... more
