  • Listening since girls talk money

I been a long time listener and i actually found erin and grace on tiktok in 2022. They do a great job without overcomplicating topics. Although im in my 30s and some phases in my life are different i think every episode always has great takeaways.

  • Authentic, Informative, Fun

I’ve been listening for a few months, every episode is fun and just feels like casual girl talk, regardless of the topic. I’ve gotten insights on finances, entrepreneurship, app suggestions (clothing and books) that I have actually began using and love. Absolutely recommend to add this to your rotation of shows!

  • For the Ambitious Girlie

I love this podcast!! I listen to it every week and can relate to so many of the topics Erin and Grace talk about. I love how they are constantly striving to be better and really inspire me to do the same - this is THE podcast for ambitious girlies! One piece of constructive criticism: I feel like they monologue at times and it will be 5 minutes of just one person talking versus a conversation... the rambling can get redundant. But otherwise I love it!

Talking Points

Recent interactions between the hosts and their guests.

Ep 150 Q&A: Balancing Side Hustles & Corporate Life, Freelancing, Ad Sponsorships, & More
Q: What are your thoughts on using a talent manager for brand deals?
They argue that talent managers can be beneficial if inbound brand interest is strong and the creator is managing enough deals to justify the 20% cut, but they caution that managers don't magically generate deals and that creators should first grow their inbound requests.
Ep 150 Q&A: Balancing Side Hustles & Corporate Life, Freelancing, Ad Sponsorships, & More
Q: Do you have a maximum for how many branded/ad posts you post on your own accounts per week or per month, and does it depend on how often you post organically?
They describe aiming for about one branded post per week as a rough limit, with flexibility when deadlines shift, and emphasize that too much sponsored content can fatigue the audience unless the creator maintains a robust amount of organic posting and authentic alignment with brands.
Ep 150 Q&A: Balancing Side Hustles & Corporate Life, Freelancing, Ad Sponsorships, & More
Q: How did you balance your corporate job with growing your side hustle while still prioritizing workouts, rest, and relationships?
They explain that they pursued a period of intense focus on content and freelancing after college, accepting some imbalance in other life areas, but used multitasking and careful scheduling to maintain overall wellbeing while building the side businesses.
Ep 147: How to Make $10k a Month with UGC in 2026 [with Olivia Larsen, Full-Time UGC Creator and Creative Strategist]
Q: Can faceless UGC be lucrative?
Faceless UGC tends to be less sustainable and harder to scale because brands often pay for the creator's face and audience, not just generic content; visibility and personal resonance matter in most cases.
Ep 147: How to Make $10k a Month with UGC in 2026 [with Olivia Larsen, Full-Time UGC Creator and Creative Strategist]
Q: What is one harsh truth UGC creators should know?
UGC creators are replaceable until they develop a unique edge or system, such as expertise in creative strategy or a distinctive process; continuous value addition is essential to remain non-replaceable.
