The podcast that loves to hate running. While other podcasts will celebrate your journey, encourage you to go faster and further, and run free, we’d rather talk about bleeding nipples, getting chased by horses and getting horribly injured. Keep it real with Stewart and Amy.

  • Encapsulates the typical runner mindset

Amy and Stuart’s ramblings perfectly encapsulate the typical runner’s mindset, loving their sport but always moaning about it and wanting to do less of it. Nice mix of their personal struggles and nonsense from the world of running.

I applaud their commitment to inclusion in running. They do spoilt it though with their irrational prejudice against Hertfordshire towns (Bishop Stortford & Hitchin).
