  • Dr Rachel Hoadley-Clausen

Dr Rachel Hoadley-Clausen has a great motivating, uplifting story. Today I listened to the March 20, 2024 podcast for the second time. I am blessed to be a patient of hers! She has amazing incites into my psyche and is quick to challenge. Her motto is “progress is perfection”. Please encourage her to write an autobiography to use her lessons learned during recovery from trauma and athletic competitions to illustrate important life skills! Robert

  • The personal stories are inspiring

I love listening to personal stories of other runners. It can be so inspiring to hear how running has touched their life in one way or another, how running has changed their mindset about their abilities or how running has pushed them out of their comfort zone. Anyone who listens will be inspired!

  • Love the stories

I am really encouraged when I listen to others share their run stories. It’s motivating and inspiring to hear about how others have overcome obstacles. Some stories make me laugh, some make me cry, and most make me smile. Love listening to these when I’m out for a jog. Well done, Allison and Grey!
