  • Great show, awful uploads

I love the show itself, but hate the haphazard and unpredictable way the episodes are made available. Why can’t the full show be made available after it airs? Sometimes they’re chopped up; sometimes they aren’t. Sometimes Friday episodes aren’t uploaded at all. It’s so frustrating.

  • This is what I’ve been looking for

Do you like to hear educated opinions that are clear, concise and charming?

Maybe it’s the accent but when someone said the latest Yorgos/Emma movie was “really just a doodle” I was hooked. There is a bit of music and television that we don’t access to yet. You know what? Don’t care. It’s an excellent show

Recent interactions between the hosts and their guests.

Wimbledon fashion
Q: What did Suzanne Lenglen do that was so shocking at the time?
She arrived in a corsetless dress with no petticoat, exposed legs, and a floppy hat, which the press and fans deemed indecent, yet she went on to win and became a powerful influencer in tennis fashion.
Arena Encore - Consolata Boyle on Enola Holmes 3 // The Odyssey and cinema // Madonna's career
Q: How would you advise aspiring costume designers to build trust with actors and collaborators on a film?
She emphasizes the importance of a broad, collaborative process, listening to actors, doing thorough research but then letting the design serve the performance, and creating a safe space for experimentation and risk-taking.
Arena Encore - Consolata Boyle on Enola Holmes 3 // The Odyssey and cinema // Madonna's career
Q: What drew you to Enola Holmes 3 and how did you approach the character's look across the trilogy?
Boyle explains that the smart script and Enola's bravery across the arc drew her in, and that the costume was designed to reflect character growth while ensuring mobility for stunts and a clear link to the Victorian/Edwardian period.
Louise Brangan - The Fallen
Q: Why is there no definitive end date to this history, in your view?
Because women remained inside convents and memory continued to evolve, the history stretches beyond formal closures, requiring ongoing remembrance and study.
Louise Brangan - The Fallen
Q: How do you address the emotional weight of these stories without turning them into sensationalism?
She discusses prioritizing survivor voices, careful prose, and a rhythm that conveys gravity without melodrama, aiming for responsible storytelling.
