This is an amazing resource for any aspiring lead financial advisors teaching you the skills and reasoning behind real financial planning
Incredible podcast for advisors or just anyone who wants to learn and live a more fulfilling life.
The Root Ready podcast is amazing content. I have shared this with multiple advisors I work with. I love how practical the advice is. The advice has to be run through the filter of who the client is and where they are coming from for it to be effective.
I am biased, but this is the exact guidance advisors need, and is hard to find. I listened to ready for retirement as a means to develop as an advisor, now we have a direct podcast addressing advisor development. As a Root employee, I still find the Root Ready podcast constantly providing tips and mindset-development I haven’t thought of before. Thanks James for all you do.
